These courses combine traditional hands-on instruction in the computer labs at HUCE with e-learning Internet presentations using Howard University's Blackboard system. Each class meets in HUCE's computer labs on successive Saturdays. During the week, courses are convened in Blackboard's "chat room" for quizzes and review sessions. All courses make extensive use of email and Blackboard's threaded discussion forums.
