• How can I contact CETLA?
• You can email us at cetlasupport@howard.edu, expect a response within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Where is CETLA?
• CETLA is located at 2301 Georgia Avenue at Wonder Plaza. Access CETLA Maps & Directions.
• When is CETLA open?
• CETLA's hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Access News and Events for CETLA activity..
• How do I register for Workshops?
• • 1 Please visit CETLA's website. 
  • 2 You will need your Bison Web ID#, which is the (8) digit code proceeded by the @ symbol, e.g. @12345678. If you have not received your Bison Web ID#, please contact your academic administrator, i.e. your Chair, Academic Dean, etc. for assistance. 
  • 3 If you do not have a Bison Web ID, ask your department chair to contact Enrollment Management. (If Enrollment Management issues a new Bison Web ID, email it to CETLA at cetlasupport@howard.edu, so that we can enter it into our system.)
  • 4 If you have a Bison Web ID, but it does not work, email CETLA at cetlasupport@howard.edu, so that we can add it to our registration database.
